I think it's a oneshot story - the uke goes to a bar and finds a hottie with dreadlocks - he transforms himself, catches dreadlocks boy's attention and they have an affair out of it. There's some misunderstanding towards the end with the bartender too.
It might be a Bohra manga, since I'm on a binge of her work lately, but I can't for the life remember where it was. Please do help ;-;
