Respectfully (although you don't deserve it) Professor Ha knew that guy is a pervert & STILL chose to be right next to him rather deal with his own problems like an adult. He chose to get wasted rather than just either drink moderately or go TF home. Therefore I don't feel bad for a grown ass man that allowed another grown ass man touch him in the first place. He knew the consequences since this is not the first time that pervert touched him.

People are not always going to like what you say and at the end of the day it does not matter & I do not lose sleep over it. That being said mind your business and go complain to your mom because I really don't give AF about anything you have to say. There was no gun to that professors head he could have went home he has zero obligation to be there. They could have met on a different occasion without the pervert being there if that was the case.

Please Don't put words in my mouth that I didn't say. No one deserves to be molested. What I was referring to was Professor Ha allowing himself to be put in that situation in the first place. The pervert told him specifically that he was going to molest him while he was inviting him out to the restaurant & he had prior history of already molesting him & Professor Ha dumbass went anyway.
Professor Ha should NOT have had so much alcohol to the point of intoxication in the first place. Especially when you don't personally have someone that is going to responsible for you afterwards. Professor Ha could have sat anywhere at the restaurant & decided to be all up on the pervert. They're both at fault in my opinion and that is just my opinion. Why is no one mentioning the friend. The friend knew what kind of intentions the perverted bald bastard had and STILL disregarded the safety of the Uke. In Asian cultures it is considered disrespectful to ignore the drink offers from superiors and older people, not to mention heavy drinking is part of the working environment. He was pressures into attending the event by not only his students but his superior. Asian culture is not like American where they say no and that's it, it's social etiquette. They'd be seen as rude and unsociable.
Yes him trying to avoid the seme put him in harms way but by the way things were unfolding the situation would occur undoubtedly one way or another. The uke had had a similar experience where him trying to stand up for himself cost him basically his job and to become a social piranha, and this is very common in workplace harassment where the perpetrators are usually those in higher positions where they won't suffer consequences.
By saying he brought into himself you are shifting the blame from the actual perpetrator to the victim, when in no situation should this even be an option. No matter the clothing, the situation, if they are intoxicated or not, no person should be sexually assaulted and then feel as if it is their fault.
Personally the friend shouldn't have to be responsible for Professor Ha since they're both grown adults that can make their own decisions. Regardless they should have went to the restaurant at the same time but I believe he had other obligations & he we eventually showed up to the restaurant & took him home.
