the temple scene is where cayena gets her powers from a wizard named bael which takes half of all life spans she lived. and raphael being raphael, ge followed her there but didnt know abt the magic thing, she let everyone know that she's going there to pray for a few days. heinrich, cayena's older half bro, set assassination/abduction attempt but failed bc Raphael's troops were guarding her with him as well, then i dont remember much of it but raphael was finding cayena and found her somewhere where there's no people around and noticed that she looks tired (the magic thing and the life span thing weakened her) so he carried her. and then, this is where it gets steamy, raphael, who acknowledged his feelings for cayena long ago, cant hold back and stared at her as if asking for permission and cayena, who cant deny any longer her feelings for him as well, rubbed his hair that was on his nape and raphy boy took that as permission and KABOOM! KISSES HER! and that was their first kiss- no, more like, a full make out scene, yes, their first kiss is a full on make out scene. AND THAT CONCLUDES THE TEMPLE SCENE!
now for the balcony scene, since they have acknowledged their feelings for each other, they've been having little kissing rendezvous everytime they meet. this happens on cayena's birthday banquet on a supposedly royal exclusive balcony but raphael knew where it is and went there cuz he was uncomfortable of the many people at the hall. cayena too who was hoping to rest for a bit went to the balcony (or i think it was a room with a balcony? I dunno it wasnt detailed) also not knowing raphael was there. and what happened next was pretty intimate i mean, not "that" intimate but as cayena said "a pretty erotic moment" and she also said she felt a bit sexy and seductive lol but u could guess what happened next, they made out and almost ALMOST went all the way if not for raphael's self control or in other words, THE AUTHOR BEING A TEASE but yeah thats it and they cuddled for a moment on the sofa bed and goinf back to the banquet again...
