There's a murim medical manhwa where a war doctor volunteer died and turn into a kid in a murim world. But the plot is not that far yet so you might be unsatisfied. But it's a good read nonetheless.

There's a manhwa kinda like this one where the MC turn back into the past as a highschooler, but it's a law manhwa, with a healthy side of stocks and estates. It's very interesting to me.

there is one thoug and im waiting for the update its called" im the only one with a genius dna" the manhwa was on haitus or i dont know the word it just said that they were resting and getting ready for the season 2 so that it will be better and more exciting.

Hit up "Trauma Center", it's really good! The MC is also a genius monster of a doctor; unlike this plot it focuses mainly on how he is able to heal critical patients through difficult surgeries.
