A friend asked me, and now I'm curious myself: is there a difference between couples that are paired with a "/" or an "x". Like KageyamaxHinata is different from Kageyama/Hinata?

I dont think there's a difference nowadays. Though before in fics or anything the boy to boy ship is called a slash pairing and is usually represented with a slash /.
