I think that would be impossible. The medicine was only effective for Hwagok since he was a half-blood female lycan (if i remember correctly) but ino is a pure blood male lycan so the medicine that you are talking about would have no effect on him

ive always loved ino from the start, im prettu sure if ino takes meds to develop a uterus he can get pregnant too just like hwagok! omg do yall think ino would want to get pregnant? id love to see that.
