Believing rumours without proper evidence makes a person an utter jerk. Since blondie is the one who has been with her most often of course he might find it difficult to believe but, for one, that's not exactly the case with the ML and, for two, you're forgetting the reason why the CP agreed to marry her in the first place. His reason was pretty sh!tty.
i mean except the rumors were actually all true. She really was a terrible awful person. of course he didnt know all the backstory as to why she was originally such a bitch but the og was pretty nasty to everyone.
