If you’re talking about the baby in the hospital it was uncle yuuichi’s child with midori but if you’re talking about the kid who held punpun’s hand in the last chapter it was Sachi’s daughter

i meant at the very end where they show children that have the same situation as punpun and aiko in the start of the manga

oh i don’t think it was uncle’s child because he was little i mean he wasn’t old enough to go to school but it has been a long time since i’ve read this so i may be mistaken
