You can’t refer back to questions you follow, only notified if someone responds to the question.
If you want to collect and refer back to questions later, use the “like” option and then you can find them all collected under your favourites section in questions on your profile. Be sure to have privacy settings for this section turned off otherwise they won’t be visible to you.
