from what i've heard: seth can later become pregnant after being forced to drink a fertility seed from osiris. he escapes and his nephew saves him before osiris can impregnate him. then they fuck on the styx river, where his nephew swears that he will be with him forever. seth gets pregnant but must let his nephew take his first born son (maybe 2nd son later on???) away while he helps the lost souls he crushed into sand. he makes his nephew promise no one will find their child so they can't let the baby in the nile river or osiris will know about the baby.
