It’s definitely a good plot, but it will leave you hanging (it’s unfinished, maybe on hiatus ?)
Because it’s well written you can grab the details and guess what should happen next - it’s a bit frustrating but too me it was not a real issue as it reach the bottom point before the climax, there’s enough to make up an ending to my liking (of course i hope the author will finish some day! )
if you like fantasy and heroes stories, it’s worth a read because it brings interesting ideas on that registry - the art is pretty nice too , romance is slow paced
The characters are cute, it doesn’t focus on the evil ones, which i prefer, it’s a very endearing bunch, and a cool ride worth few creatures, a bit if humor and an ok pace
If you care for the unfinished part, you could also stop at a very obvious en of season (c57 i recall) you would end up before too much mystery and tension start, with just a good bit of fluff :)
