I have a lot of respect for this story. In the first three four chapters, I didn't have any faith in Psyche but just as we get to learn more, I have a deep respect for the author and the way this story is written.
So.... Neither of them is a villainess, both are victims of their own situation, both have gone through abuse and mistreatment.
The actual villain is the Crown Prince, he's power hungry.
Lady Psyche is weak and a caged Bird, Lady Medea is strong, intelligent and badass but still not completely free from all problems.
