I dont think shizu has hysteria becoz we all know that the boy was cherishing hiiragi from his early childhood so that's why i think he is more excited and amused to know that his love is now mutual and that the other party is inviting and allowing him to do what he wants...so again im saying that he is just excited and enjoying it...
