It's not incest because the Uke was adopted after the Seme was abducted. Basically, the family was suffering from having their son kidnapped and missing for so long that they adopted another son to help the family through it. They are not blood-related whatsoever.

Read the comments and just couldn't get myself to read it, I understand rape is part of yaoi and incest too but sometimes it just too much. Maybe I will change my mind in the future but for now its a no for me.
