Maybe she’s not beautiful in the way that their society says is beautiful...I think it was said that her sister is considered really beautiful, so maybe he finds fault in Maxi for not being like her sister? I Just can't understand how her father thinks that she is ugly. She is Just so beautifiul and she has this unique looks that I can stare at her my whole life and won't even bother to look away ( ˘ ³˘)
