i agree with this soooo much. this is literally what i was thinking. i actually trust him-ish. i feel like he didn't do anything but is definitely getting the blame.

Ha ideun seems to me to be hiding something. It's going to be crazy what I'm going to say but this is only my hypothesis but my theory is that Ha ideun wants the prosecutor to investigate so that he finds out the truth behind the murder of his brother. I wonder if it will not be a plot by Ha Ideun's family trying to cover up this drug and tragic human being story by making sure to throw everything on Ha Ideun so that he can go to jail. As if, he is a little disowned by his own family because of his activities (he sleeps with men) so it is easier to blame him. But he does not want to let it go and tries to bring out the truth little by little about the real culprits. Maybe it even has something to do with the death of the DA's brother and he wants him to find out. He may also have an interest in the DA (he said he was a fan of him) and feels he can trust him. Idk.
