Why is louis' belly still flat how many months has it been already?

I think thats the way males are pregnant here.

And the size of a girl's belly differs from person to person. My teacher said that her mother only had 3 kg plus on her during pregnancy, which is only the child itself (without the amniotic fluid). So her original weight even decreased during that period.
(Rest assured she didnt starve herself, i think she just didnt have that intense cravings.)

So yeah, i can go along with flat belly Louis, bc we talk about an unrealistic situation in itself, and even regular pregnancy can differ in gaining weight.

Flat belly louis is fine as hell i just want his belly to grow so that rafael learns of the baby

Their misunderstanding is huge I can't wait for them to get together
