This is a manga where a plus sized villainess remember her past life by hitting her head at a jar(?). So basically her past life died from a sickness, she (villainess) saw her past life at the hospital bed doing smth (I think she was playing with kids?) That's why she choose to be nice and do smth good. She became nice to her younger sister and her brother. She even sell her clothes.
