Lol this took me a while to figure out but they make their own brushes and stamps that makes all those little details for them or use pre-made 3d models

even so…it is still amazing…they need to get the inspiration for those designs from somewhere as well…
Oh yea in no way am I saying is it bad! I draw too use those stamps as well to save time ^^ its a neat tool
can i just say…the amount of detail going into their dresses is so fucking amazing…like, how in tf is the artist drawing all that?
