The tiara was given by the Empress, the dress was made separately and not with knowledge of the existence of the tiara. Of course they wouldn't match. But it would have been an offence to the Empress had she been like "the tiara you gifted me doesn't match the dress I had prepared, so I'm not wearing it", likewise she didn't have a convenient copper-toned dress to make it match the tiara.
It makes lots of sense that they're not coordinated and adds depth to the story that they don't. I would have been very annoyed if the last minute gift she got CONVENIENTLY matched her dress...
I don't like the dress and it doesn't look good on her ,the shoes look terrible , really not worth the hype .
Plus, the story started to get boring and is definitely not worth it(︶︿︶)
