The short is hiiragi idolized yuki but shizu interpreted that as love. Shizu thought that hiiragi loved yuki but wasn’t aware of it. Hiiragi thought it through and understood why he would think so because he did love the mundane way yuki loved mafuyu. So now he’s here to tell him stop thinking you know it all I do love you you dummy.

Can anyone explain why they're in such a mess when they actually love each other? I don't understand why all the angst is happening, are they doubting the others' feeling? or their own? I don't have the energy to reread the previous chapters too much pain
