Ah, it's been awhile since I read the spoilers, but the dad ends up being paralyzed and can't speak either (I'm not sure if he does eventually die from this or not). And while all this is going on (I don't know if it's before or after Asher takes Aria on a vacation or not), Aria's real dad shows up and the two of them are spitting imaged of each other. He's a nobleman from the neighboring country and his rank is higher than that of Mielle's family (I can't remember what it was exactly though) and the family does have some of royal bloodline within it (which is where Aria gets her powers from).
Aria's Mom ends up divorcing the one guy and obviously goes back to the other guy, as they both still really love each other. Aria gets along really well with her grandmother when they go visit his estate and everything.
YAAAASSSS and what happens to the bitch?
