You just have to wait for a notification
if you follow question you only get it when someone replying it
but if you want to save it so first
click on the title and
click [ Like ] button
and summit it
Actually that follow button is useless it doesn't work for m I followed a comment and 5 people replied and I didn't get notifi of it sad reality .
