right?!?! COMPLETE choke show dude!! you got close to being daring and actually being progressive and decided to chicken shit at the last second and swerve right into the rails! BOOOOOOOOO! I don't have to like Yuri to still find this pathetic! ヽ(`Д´)ノ

I mean, I didn’t think it was gay. It said that she and the brother fell in love. I think the red haired sister just wanted to protect her only friend, and she knew that her brother would look after her and treat her well compared to the trash fiance. They were good friends (kind of) at the academy, and there are some friendships out there that are almost as close as family. I don’t see how that makes them gay.

not to fight but to explain my offense: It has nothing to do w/these 2 girls being friends. there was a similar story earlier in the series that I like a TON where the little sister got involved and was super funny and sweet! I actually find the premise that they become friends and then sisters later really sweet and cute! <3 I object WHOLLY to the author, in my opinion, using clear and obvious Yuri fan service premise, story and plot only to end the whole story on an epilogue of "nope, not happening here gang! it was all just up to your imagination if you read into it more than what was really there." I will absolutely take offense to that! The plot was so OBVI Yuri fan baiting that yes, I am offended and yes I do think its a cheep and chicken sh*t ploy to pull in readers by pretending to be one thing and then try gaslighting the readers and suggesting that they were just "imagining it". Its cheep crap when tv and movies do it and its cheap crap when an author does it too. If anyone needs more proof, change either of their genders and TELL me again that the scenes, as the author drew them!!!, weren't drawn specifically to try and imply romantic and "bathump" moments like any other ML/FL scenario. And then question Why did the author just Have to draw them that way? I've seen PLENTLY of friendship scenes not played out like this and been quite "squeed" all the same.

That makes a lot more sense than what I thought you meant in your previous comment so thank you for explaining. I didn’t really see it that way until you explained as I have never read/ watched any yuri because I’m not interested in it, so I think I’m just unable to spot it very easily. I thought that you were originally saying that this particular chapter was yuri, so I apologise if I have offended you. Thank you for explaining it to me.

nah no worries, I worried I came off too forward in my last statement so sorry if it came out too forceful. I tend to get passionate about equality and can get too loud even in txt. I actually stated in my 1st txt that same totes I'm not a Yuri fan either, more a yaoi fangirl than anything else, but I came across a really great article once that kind of brought it to my attention the subtle but insulting diff btwn fan service and exploitation. its a careful line but I think I feel the diff is how the author treats it. like in fanservice I've seen its really unappologetic abt yeah there's some boobs or there's the uke of the relationship in an apron just for fan service. maybe its in the name too. fan service, serving fans something they wanna see rather than bait and switch of putting up an ad or making something out to be something its actually not and then acting like the ad wasn't misleading at all, ya know?
