It looks painful tho' Unless your partner have experience in catheter I think you shouldn't do it in rl. And that scene with the speculum in the urethra should have a "don't try it at home" warning, I don't think it's possible in rl since speculum is usually used for a much wider hole ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
