I think the brother was telling the sister to be honest and tell him she has it
But she's in the late stages and didn't want to feel disappointed thinking its hopeless
Is the brother lying that he has it? It seemed kind of odd when he was asked if he had it too and he panicked and after when his sister said “ you should tell him you have it too” like didnt u just say u have it? Or was that a mistranslation, even after when they were talking for her to focus on getting treated instead of the mission and or when the sister told him to leave her and do things for himself
