Everyone always say to forgive and move on, but this is a perfect example of something unforgivable. I hope Momo moves on, but never forgives that scum of a woman who dares to call herself his mother. He never deserved any of that and my heart aches so much for him <3

We literally know close to nothing about Momo's mother. We only know that she's been raped and she isn't nice to momo. Yet you are all judging her. Of course since this is for a story, she may just be the typical bad mother, but in real life I would consider this judging too quickly. Everyone has their own story and we're only looking from one point of view.

Well forget that, I saw the comment 2 comments before this one and Momo's mother actually locked momo up in a closet and treated him very badly. I missed that part. That treatment is unnacceptable and unforgivable. The action is unforgivable, but whether the person should eventually be forgiven depending on her future actions is something I cannot determine 100%. Even people who used to be murderers should be given a chance of forgiveness depending on their future actions. (Or so I believe.) otherwise it becomes an endless cycle of hate..

I believe you forgive someone who is truly remorseful and shows it in actions, not just talk. Momo's mother hasn't done squat to show she realizes the horrors she commited. She did not just do something bad, she did something WAY WAY EVIL NASTY HORRIBLE BETRAYAL WICKED CRIMINAL. By rights, imo, she should have been executed. Mothers and fathers who pimp out their small children should die. Let God forgive them. I don't.

"Forgive" can mean "move on" but not allow someone back in your life.I hope he is able to let go of the pain but that he never lets that toxic person near him.
