from what i've understood...
- honda left because he felt that he's getting in the way of kaido's dream, he felt that he's a bother for kaido
- kaido's senpais made fun of him because of the candid picture that was taken without consent, assuming that he's got a lover, not to mention a male

i think it was intimate picture of honda and kaido, that's why they made fun of him and honda felt responsible hmm...
