Ok, I read this manga so long ago, so I don't remember most of the story, just this one scene. I've been trying to find it like crazy, so please please help me!!!!
The uke is a business man I think and he got burn/cut his hand. When he goes to the doctor to get it checked the doctor (seme) turns out to be somebody he knew (maybe childhood friend?) and he is shocked. If I'm not mistaken they are not in good terms (or maybe something happens in that (re)encounter that makes the uke be scare), maybe the seme raped or try to rape the uke, but honestly I don't know. I just remember that part where they run into each other.
