Not manhwa but the second book in the bridgerton series with kate and anthony bridgerton has the rhe EXACT same dynamic. Hot marriageable aristocrat wants to marry the younger innocent belle of the ball but falls for the rowdy and loud sister instead. She's also considered a spinster, and the moms are to die for. I cant help but think that they were the characters this story was modeled after lmao

I watched the Netflix season 1 not too long ago and I found it..Okay, I guess. One thing is for sure, Julie Andrews does a wonderful job narrating as Mrs Whistledown
