You need to talk and be active on their discord until you reach level 12 before you get access, supposedly. That’s one reason why i’m not joining their discord. Another is them claiming they wanted to be the only translators for the series and yet not making it public but when others upload in public they and their supporters try to police them.

Tbh I joined their discord but I don't see any private releases... I don't know if it's just a me problem or I just don't know how to use it properly...
