Fantasy bl with older blonde dude and younger blue haired dude ?¿prince?¿

Does anyone remember the name of a fantasy bl that mostly took place in the old blonde dudes house in the woods, and there was a dragon they/them and there was also a faerie dude, it was just so much going on- but I think one of the two main people were a prince? there was a town close by and a really hot mean dude who was in charge? I suck a describing I’m so sorry but I have been looking for this for years I remember reading it just the name is eluding me please HELP
