I don't really remember since I haven't read it yet and just glanced through it a bit but I don't think that smth like rape will happen between the two main characters ..maybe small insidence that are kinda questionable? But yeah not really rape since they kinda have to and are also willing to do it in order to break the curse. Nonetheless I did see this manhwa having a rape tag on another side so there definitely will be rape but I don't think it's going to be between the main characters and instead someone else will rape one of them but yeah anyway rape is rape so if your uncomfortable with it even tho it didn't happen between the main characters u shouldn't read it
