They may be one or both, depending on whom they are in a relationship with or who is the one that will be carrying the child.
if its a female omega usually they are top if it's a male alpha they are usually bottom and if its a male omega it depends

Depends on the author, some authors want alphaxalpha pairings to be infertile and alphas to pair only with omegas. So irrespective of primary gender i.e. male or female, its the omega that carries the child. Some authors want to depict elitist behaviour so alphas only pair with alphas and to maintain the status quo and emphasis eliticism, the alpha with slightly lower status would be the one to bear the child, unless the pair is harmonious and respectfully decide who would take on the role. Or it would be the female alpha in a cis alphaxalpha pair. Since omegaverse is imaginary and the rules are not set in stone except that males could carry a child, it highly depends on authors' preference.

so I've been wondering, if there's an Alpha men then there's also a woman Alpha,, right?? So how do they reproduce? I mean they're woman Alpha so what are they? Top or Bottom???? #－.－)
