Most of the questionable stuff that have been done (such as soldiers being ordered to kill yona) was by Keisook, not Soo won. Also holy shit “selfish” ? What about wanting a strong country is selfish? Now if he wanted that power for himself, youre right, yeah. But who do you think is going to benefit from a prosperous government? The people.
