Well it's definitely not the blonde kid, since they are first cousin. I think it's sort of like, a little sister breaking the walls of her older brother. So that they can finally become support of family members to each other. I hope the parents come in soon so they can be a happy family. I'll put the black hair kids going to be like, I'm here to judge her and the Blanc is going to be like, don't you scare her, that my baby sister. I will slap you. I want a protective Big Brother from the blond

No the black hair kids not a member of the family. I was talking about the blond kid not being the male lead. She's just breaking down his walls as a concerned family member. The blonde kid is her cousin. They are first cousins. Like directly related. So the blond is related to the pink hair main character, the black haired kid is the ml. Unless...?

Yeah historically the duke families are those made from the extra princes and princesses that didn't get to be heirs to the throne. Makes sense that being from a duke family the kid would have a claim to the throne. However, they don't make it clear how close his claim is. Like for all we know he could be like 30th in line. So yeah u right that he must be some sort of distance relative. I dont think the story will focus so much on their blood ties though since that kinda stuff usually gets swept under the rug as intermarriage is taboo now.

A dukes family can also be made up of people that have strong armies or is a very strong individual and the king can promote any one to be a duke not everyone that has the duke title is related to the crown. Just like some of the prince and princess can be counts/countess your title have nothing to do with relations to the emperor its all about how strong/powerful your family is. Also there or usually more then one family with the same title it just that this stories only focus on one or two families.

Not all really, you don't need to have a royal blood. it's just the dukedom, probably in their case, is the 2nd biggest position. If we would follow the real succession when in terms of nobility to the royal family where duchies are owned by a member of royal family, they would be called archduke or grand duke. I don't think they would apply the same thing here though so dukedoms are probably the 2nd biggest position when in terms of line of succession

Dukes are like mini kings in a kingdom too, even when they're not of royal blood but it's the size of their duchy, progression and how much taxes they pay to the kingdom and military power that they're bestowed the title of dukes. Historically, some first princes are made into arch dukes or grand dukes before sitting on thrown although that's the other case in some parts of Europe, some are just members of the royal family who have a really big influence towards the kingdom/empire, that can rival their own. Sometimes even archdukes can have more power and influence than a kingdom/empire itself.

Furthermore, in countries that did use Archduke and Grand Duke titles, not everyone that was royalty got to receive one of those titles. Archdukes and Grand Dukes basically ruled what we would be considered a country today.
So like many of these stories, this story may not have an archduchy or a grand duchy. The black haired duke kid could very well be a distant relative of the MC without any of those titles.

The young Duke ain’t related to her in any shape or form. He’s the Crown Prince’s aide, from a completely different family that isn’t the imperial one… Their family simple rose up and gained power. And something like that would be explicitly stated in the story… there’s no need for all this speculation.

How is it not accurate? Is UK the only that has monarchy in their country? Is the grand duke of Tuscany who was lead by the Franscisco Medici then preceeded by his brother Cosimo Medici fake people? Are the archdukes in Austria fictional or pretty much in northern europe who practice this kind of succession not real? Tell me, how is it not accurate? I'm curious.

Especially germany who practiced this during the Holy Roman Empire, not a part of history where they use this to Emperor Frederick Habsburg III male heirs and even to his daughters? Because ghorl, let me tell you, England isn't the one who practiced absolute monarchy in the past nor are they the only one who has a constitutional monarchy because Spain, Sweden, New Zealand even Canada practices that.
Who’s the ml in this story?
