True, but technically he only lied because he wanted to protect Cinnan identity from Yue because QC knows how he is capable of spreading rumors and what else. Secondly QC felt insecure about his position in Cinnan life since he never really expressed his feelings to him...same Lao said to Cinnan about being too cold and only receiving Qc love and without return..Not right for QC to lie but i understand his position
