and it isn't even selfish too. the baby will be an orphan since kyung joo will die if woo young dies, in the manhwa's world. i love how realistic woo young is and how he wasn't those self sacrificing cliche characters.
Yeah it's def not selfish in this case. Esp considering he'd be killing Kyung Joo too while baby wouldn't even be guaranteed to live, PLUS a life as an orphan would be pretty shitty at best and actual hell at worst.
and even if he WAS I don't see why people condemn prioritizing yourself so much unless you're being a toxic piece of shit about it.
As he should what a king I love how consistent and realistic his character is, breathe of fresh air among all these dramatically self-sacraficing protagonists lmao. Choosing yourself is okay, and being selfish is also okay.
