No I think the sisters refer to Zera and Mavis because they were like sisters before if you read the spin off that talks about how Fairy Tail came into being

they could also mean mirajane and lisanna as well since mira told lisanna to leave it to her and to catch up with everyone else. I personally think it means both yukino and her sister and mira and hers

no, the main sisters thing here was yukino and sorano...there wasn't anything spectacular about mira and lis that they had to mention in the title

That may be true but the first page as well as the colour page had mira and lis on it and didnt show any of the others

we dont actually know yet what the relation between them is if any everyone is just speculating :P
