dokja can see the characters info/list if they are part of the novel and the one he cant read is the real life persons.
Dokja was surprised that sungkook recognized min jiwon just by seeing her face because she is a character from the novel and therefore shouldn't have existed before the novel became reality. Only the characters from the novel can actually recognize each other.
I still don't understand the concept of a character and a real life person. Its confusing me.
