Terrier finally told the emperor and he has the most proof. Then Mia’s got her tidbits that caused her to be suspicious. I can’t remember the details of what made Paul suspect him. But if he and Fl come forward with their tidbits, and honestly that’s all it is, it’s like lots of circumstantial evidence to go with Terrier’s secret investigation. Seriously though, fl had not one thing prior to what she just remembered with the governor’s book, that she could’ve told anyone.
