Not a manga question but a personal one

I need help fixing my sleep routine; I've tried everything: the teas, the meditations, the melatonin, no phone two hours before bed, "following the circadian rhythm." Nothing is working. I've been consistently going to bed at anywhere between 4 and 10 in the morning and waking up around 1 or 3 in the afternoon. It's been going on for a few weeks/or a month. If you have any tips please let me know.... I'm getting desperate (⊙…⊙ )

When u already tried all of these things, maybe just try visiting a doctor that can prescribe u some sleeping pills. I really can’t think of anything other than this, sorry (⌒▽⌒)

If u stay a lot of time in bed try to avoid that and instead do Sport or something that tires u out. I also recommend doing

Oh I can really understand ur situation...
This happened to me too. I'm still having a little trouble with it but it's way more better than earlier. For me soothing sounds like rain sound or having a cold bath helped alot... But the thing with the bath may only work for some...
U should try light music one, it might help.
    I hope it helps (◍•ᴗ•◍)

I used to do that and I ended up getting sleep paralysis, it was not fun. I recommend u to just not sleep (like u said u go to bed at 4 or 10 right , so just stay awake till midnight or even earlier depending on what time u would like to sleep and you'll just crash

For me, drinking milk or just closing my eyes even it take me 30 min to 1 hour for me to sleep. And this i need to do everyday until I get my sleep time back. Also, I trained myself to sleep early. Or you can get consultation with doctor. Hope it may help you.

Same. I go to sleep at 8am then wake up at 2pm. You can try this breathing exercise. Idk why but it makes me sleep like instantly

    1. Inhale through the nose for a count of 4 seconds.
    2. Hold your breath for a count of 7.
    3. Exhale through the mouth for a full 8 seconds
    4. Repeat

Its called the 4-7-8 breathing technique. It's goal is to reduce the amount of oxygen on your brain, which makes you go to sleep.

I modified it a little since holding my breath for 7 seconds is too long for me. So this is what I do instead:

    1. Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
    2. Hold breath for 3 seconds
    3. Exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds
    4. Hold breath for 4 seconds
    5. Repeat

Maybe you should sleep 4-5 hrs just only for a day and see if you can fall asleep early. Maybe lack of sleep can fix your habit? I tried this and it worked for me.

Try pouring boiling water on a cup with a leaf of lettuce in it. For taste you can put a mint tea bag in. And let it stay like that. Remove the lettuce and drink it.

Do this when you want to go to sleep already. Like on your bed, lights out, eyes closed.
