Really hope its jeffrey, they do have very goof chemistry. Also, in my opinion, Charlotte treats her disciples as her children (she literally calls them "my child") so her being with evan is kinda weird for me.
i was so excited for this since it's same author as black haze but it isn't nearly good as black haze sadly. ill read if jeffrey turns out to be endgame
