I read s9me spoiler in reddit and they say that nabi did something when she found out jaeun and his ex getting back together because she was jealous and after that jaeun hate her and take a revenge at her. What did she do ?
nabi tried to make jaeun's ex jealous by telling her about a habit he had during sex. nabi thought that jaeun's ex didn't tell him but she did, he just acted as if he didn't know to get "revenge" on nabi.

nabi ends up with her childhood friend, while jaeon never settles down and still plays around. but nabi haven’t really completely forgotten jaeon, and jaeon said it has something to do with butterflies not being able to go their own way and change for the better (implying to nabi whose name means butterfly and himself who can’t seem to grow out of his playboy nature)
nevertheless, i think nabi got her own happy ending

I really hope they don't change the plot of the drama too much to satisfy viewers. As a webtoon reader, that would piss me off so much. I've seen comments on the trailer stating how they want the drama to have a "happy ending" (aka. Nabi and Jaeun getting together), as if Nabi and Jaeun would've been happy together after everything they've been through. They didn't get together because they were the same kind, and they weren't what they were looking for. They're both butterflies (symbolised by her name and his tattoo), and butterflies need nectar from flowers to thrive. They can't get that from each other, what they both need are flowers and Nabi found hers in Dohyuk.
If they change the ending in the drama, it would totally destroy the purpose of the overall plot. The ending was realistic and healthy. I hope they keep it that way. But I trust JTBC and Netflix (especially JTBC), they don't typically sugarcut things in their dramas and they're not afraid to keep it realistic. I hope they don't disappoint me
