The part where the seme is a bit dominant and have his eyes only at the uke is too cute.
If you remember.. the seme wasn't that good here(1.he kissed some other girl in the first few chapters 2. He didn't ask for Consent and that was rude)
first point isn't really "bad". he himself is originally straight, he don't know uke's feeling and boys that age is starting to feel attracted to girl so the kiss with the girl can slide BUT I agree with the second point it's too dubious
