I was wondering the same thing. I was confused on who the new names belonged to

In ch14, ML was still called Che Qiu Yuan. Out of nowhere from ch16 onwards he suddenly became Siwon

And everyone else’s chinese name changed into korean too

It's because the original novel is Chinese . But the person who is translated it is translating it from a Korean translation . So they are using the Korean names in the translation instead of the original one .
