I'm not sure where they said maturing after these years or if it's about you maturing, but I feel like they're as right together as anyone else is. I think the point about hate mate is that there's not exactly a fairy tale romance where they are head over heals for each other, rather, they provide one another with what they need and both benefit off of it. Whether it's love or warmth, they offer it to one another and I feel like it's shown that both have a mutual love for one another hence the quote "I'll love you until I can't" at the end. Idk what will happen in the season 2 people are talking about, but I just can't accept if hyunwyoo were to be back in afterr all of the bs in the first season. but uea def explain if u have reasoning for y u think that =D

YES! no one agrees with me but subin and hyunwoo are just made for each other :( hyunwoo just didn’t know what to do with subins feelings for him since hyunwoo has always been into girls but seeing him genuinely fall in love with subin and grow and a person made me so happy i think he and subin are perfect for each other :(
I agree, i think by the end they could've dated and would've been happy, Subin was just too scared after years of being rejected to try one more time and what his decision did is leave everyone unhappy.
I think we all know hyunwoo is a straight up asshole who pretty much struggled with his sexuality throughout the whole series hurting subin in the process, and subin and hyunwoo rekindling would also prove that romance is no fairytale. It has many hurdles, pain and history and dont forget character development. A perfect person can come into your life and offer you a home, money, a peaceful life etc and that sounds stable and beneficial but this isn't real life. People chase after what they want even if we dont agree with them. Parents tell their kids to go to the medicial field because it gaurnatees a stable life and happiness but the truth is sometimes you gotta go for what THEY want even if it means walking the rocky path. Again looking at this from subins pov, we can't force him to love someone because they provide momentary stability in his life.
