The blonde bitch is a demon possessing the body of the already deceased true daughter of the Duke. The demon made a contract with the former duchess as she was too enraged as the Duke did nothing when Kiera's grandfather took her down along with her family to the point of no return.
And just to clarify, the real saintess is Kiera. Blonde bitch obtained the power on the previous timeline through "resonance".
And when the regression spell was casted, the Duke chose Kiera's memories to be retained.
