It isn't completed. It seems it is on hiatus.
The credit page shows the group which picked it up (there seems to be some non scanlated raws).
There is usually information about manga statuses on manga updates site, but if not, you could try looking for on the scanlation groups sites, they tend to comment interesting stuff about manga and else :)

I guess it's better than nothing but still. Why would the mangaka drop such an awesome manga? It's truly a shame!!
From what people said I think the mangaka dropped it. Since some chapters haven't been translated, one group decided to pick them up I guess.

Yes! It's truly a shame when such good mangas get dropped! I really want to know how their story ends.
