1. Isis doesn't support Osiris. She hates his guts that's why she wants to destroy Seth because she knows it would hurt him the most.
2. Seth didn't do anything to her? He wanted to rape her and marry her against her will after he killed Osiris. Then he made her crawl in a labyrinth in darkness, then was tormenting her with pregnant belly for next centuries, he destroyed her temples and slaughtered women who resembled her and he didn't even know that she knows the truth. She had to live in poverty in dirty slams for hundreds years.
